First of all, you should start by eating a healthy breakfast which includes - Juice, Fruits, Milk, Eggs, and all you tea lovers out there you should drink green tea which is way better than regular tea or coffee and plus it will make you slimmer and fit. And for the rest of the day, you must keep your appetite light and have something lighter for lunch and even lighter for dinner.
